HAROLD PASSLEY

Associate Pastor

Born in Jamaica, West Indies, Dr. Passley moved to the United States in 1979 and pursued and earned a BA, MA and a doctorate in Church Education (DCE). Ordained to the Christian ministry in 1990, he currently serves as Associate Pastor of Halethorpe Community Church of which he has been a member since 1981.

 

Dr. Passley also serves as a missionary with Adventures in Missions since 1999 and as a director with the Children’s Bible Ministries of Maryland. Additionally, he has been a past faculty instructor for Washington Bible College and Arlington Bible College. Currently, he serves as an instructor for Lancaster Bible College adult education. He was also employed as a store manager with Sherwin Williams Co. for 27 years.

 

Dr. Passley is married to his wife, Yvonne since 1973 and has three sons - Josef, Oscar and Jonathan and seven grandchildren.
